2010 Entry        
A-level students - AAB at A-level and GCSE Mathematics at grade B or above.
Advanced Diploma students - Engineering or IT Diploma grade A plus evidence of a significant elemetn of Mathematics studied as part of the Diploma.
Although the typical offers are expressed in terms of A levels and Advanced Diplomas we do welcome and accept students with a wide range of alternative qualifications.

English language requirements A pass at GCSE level in English Language (grade C or above). International students must have an English language qualification at a suitable level, for example IELTS 6.0 or equivalent and no less than 5.5 in each part.

Overseas: £14,200.00

About the course

Key themes in this degree include project management, design, evaluation and distributed applications. Case studies will show practical uses for the School’s research strengths. Topics include:

  • Ensuring system usability
  • Data security and business continuity
  • Simulation of the real world

The course can be extended to four years incorporating an industrial placement or study abroad.
