About the course
This interdisciplinary course in applied computing focuses on applications in industry and business. The course focuses on e-business, and is of particular relevance to industries such as retail, finance and media, and the public services. The course provides you with a broad education in the core areas of computing together with the study of management. It is an interdisciplinary course where you will study modules from the computer science stream in teh Schoolof Computing and management modules from Leeds University Business School. The course is ideal preparation for careers in systems analysis, customer service, IT consultancy and information systems/security.
The course can be extended to four years incorporating an industrial placement or study abroad.
