About the course
Our Computing degree aims to provide the core competencies required for a career in building centralised and distributed software systems. It covers areas such as information systems analysis, database design, software engineering, user interface development, networking and Internet technologies. There is a strong emphasis on industrial relevance and professional development.
The course can be extended to four years incorporating an industrial placement or study abroad.

Typical careers
Graduates in computing disciplines from the University of Leeds have always had excellent job prospects.
