Research Interests
My research interests focus in the area of Computational Fluid Dynamics and I have particular interests in the development of efficient numerical methods for the solution of thin film fluid coating flows found, for example, in the photographic and printing industries and in the area of vehicle aerodynamics. My current research activities are linked with a number of industrial and research organisations, including Philips Electronics, Qinetiq, Altair Engineering, DEFRA and Central Science Laboratory, York.
In addition, I have lectured widely at industrial organisations worldwide and have been an invited lecturer on a number of industrial short courses.
