Glasgow-based Scottish Health Innovations won the Medtech Innovation award at the recent Genesis Awards for working to commercialise iPAM, a collaborative project between the University of Leeds and Dr Alastair Cozens, Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine at Woodend Hospital in Aberdeen.
iPAM is a robotic system which increases the opportunities for stroke patients to exercise their stroke affected upper limbs between their conventional therapy sessions.
