Faculty of Engineering

Graduation is one of the most important occasions in the University calendar, it’s the official celebration of our students’ academic achievement and the culmination of their time in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Leeds.

Graduation ceremonies take place in July and December. The graduation ceremonies are proud occasions for both our staff and students as well as an opportunity for family and friends to share in the recognition of our students’ success.

To celebrate the occasion, the Dean of Engineering after the ceremony holds a Graduation Celebration on campus for all graduates and their guests.

Every graduation ceremony is streamed live online as they happen. All our recent ceremonies are also available to watch at anytime. Visit the webcasts webpage to find out more.

If you are attending the graduation ceremonies, visit the graduation website to find out more information.

On graduating you will be joining a professional and social network of 230,000 Leeds Alumni across the world. To find out about the range of benefits and support you can access as an alumni, visit our alumni webpage or the University of Leeds Alumni Website.

Graduation is a celebration of achievement and marks the beginning of a new journey.
