Placements

The Faculty of Engineering provides a variety of student placement schemes, ranging from year in industry placements to short summer internships.

The benefits to companies of hosting a student are multiple. One of the greatest benefits is that it enables you to access some of the brightest engineering students in the country who have been equipped through their studies at Leeds with the latest research-led engineering knowledge. You will also gain an early opportunity to engage with tomorrow's graduates who could hold the key to long term business success.

Other benefits include the possibility of engaging with academic staff within the faculty and obtaining additional work carried out as part of the student's degree course.
