Why did you decide to pursue a postgraduate course?
In this competitive world in order to gain an edge over others in my field, I knew I would need to be more qualified. I wanted to take my undergraduate degree and work experience to the next level, to achieve something more relevant and to enhance my knowledge.

Why did you choose to study Communications Engineering at Leeds?
I chose to study this course because there are good job prospects in the area of communications engineering, particularly in research and technical advancement. Leeds was my first choice in terms of university because the School is ranked No.1 in UK for its research and also Leeds is a really student friendly city.

How easy was it to settle into university life in Leeds?
The support I received from the university started right from my arrival in Leeds, with the welcoming committee at the airport. All the facilities offered, careers centre, activities and everything made life much easier. The help provided by the Union was exceptional too.

How would you describe the experience of studying for your masters degree at Leeds?
The learning here is definitely on another level when compared to my undergraduate degree. Assignments and projects helped me gain enormous knowledge and it’s been really good to study with students from different cultures and different backgrounds. Overall, I'd say it has been a great experience with many challenges and opportunities.
