There have been 120 abstracts submitted to the Sixth International Seminar on Fire and Explosion Hazards and the programme of 30+ technical sessions is now on the seminar web site.
Poster sessions will be held every day on the theme of the three seminar sessions each day, and researchers in Fire and Explosion, particularly from current research and MSc students, are invited to display a poster. The aim is to show the strength of current research activity across the world in fire and explosion hazards.
Researchers who intend to submit a poster should inform posters-feh6@leeds.ac.uk with their poster title as soon as possible. Authors should then submit an A4 version of the poster to posters-feh6@leeds.ac.uk Posters will not be refereed but must fit the theme of the seminar and the Chairman of the Leeds Local Committee (Prof. Gordon E. Andrews) will decide on this.
All posters should be A1 size in ‘Portrait’ format and must carry the seminar logo in the top left hand corner, and the company/university logo may be in the top right hand corner. Posters not displaying the seminar logo will not be displayed. One of the authors of the poster must be registered on the seminar and be present at the poster site on its day of presentation.
Posters received by Monday 22nd March will be printed in the seminar book of abstracts and posters. Posters can be brought to the seminar but must be approved and allocated a display day by the Chairman.
