The Seminar will be held entirely at Weetwood Hall Conference Centre and Hotel, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Leeds and this will also be the designated hotel accommodation for delegates:-

The four star Weetwood Hall Conference Centre and Hotel has been extended and extensively renovated. It offers excellent conference and hotel facilities, ample parking, and good transport links with the nearby Leeds Bradford International airport and Leeds City Station rail network.
We have negotiated the following special accommodation rates at Weetwood Hall for our seminar delegates:
| Sunday 11 April | £62.00 GBP per night, en-suite double room, bed and breakfast, for sole occupancy* |
| Monday 12 - Thursday 15 April | £87.00 GBP per night, en-suite double room, bed and breakfast, for sole occupancy* |
* there will be an additional charge for breakfast for double occupancy (if required) .
Please note, rooms at Weetwood Hall Hotel are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to stay at the seminar venue then we do recommend reserving your room as early as possible.
