The site describes the commercial activities undertaken by the School of Civil Engineering at Leeds and which are now referred to within the University sector as Enterprise and Knowledge Transfer Activities (E&KT). E&KT provides an opportunity for industry both to gain access to the broad skills and expertise of the 28 academic staff within the School and to become more closely involved with our student population.

With 200 students graduating from this School every year we are one of the largest suppliers of Civil Engineering graduates and postgraduates in the country.

Our E&KT activities include the following: research, consultancy, conferences, CPD courses, in-house training and, graduate recruitment and retention. If you are a former graduate from the School then you can keep in touch with former colleagues through a wide range of Alumni activities.
