CIS Registered Developer Application Form

Introduction

On behalf of the CIMsteel project, Leeds University is authorised to distribute copies of the CIS/1 documentation to any company who is accepted as a “CIS Registered Developer”.

Such companies will normally be:

·         Software houses who develop steelwork related software applications, and who have firm plans to implement commercial CIS translators (and/or CIS-compliant applications).

·         Major end users of the CIS, who need access to the specifications to better understand how these can support their business needs.

Please note that the substantially enhanced CIS/2.0 specifications have since been published by the SCI (early in 20000).

How to become a CIS Registered Developer

1.      Print this form (preferably on A4 paper).

2.      Complete the form - giving details in BLOCK CAPITALS.

6.      Return the remittance advice with a sterling cheque or bankers draft made payable to "The University of Leeds".
