Return to CAE homepage

This page collates information on the availability of data exchange translators for construction industry applications software that claim to comply with CIS/2 and IFC (the two major product model based data exchange standards).  Although some "soft" legacy information is included for completeness, all other information has been collated from "hard" information extracted from attributable emails direct from the vendors concerned.  Leeds University takes no responsibility for the accuracy of information provided.

An official buildingSMART database of application software ant their IFC support has been anticipated for some considerable time.

The buidingSMART link was broken last I checked, the best current source of such information is on the ifcwiki.
