IFC Translators
The table below give data on
the availability of IFC translators.
The content has evolved considerably over the years and is based mainly
on data published by IAI.
· Initially the table was based on data on the CD-ROMs for IFC Releases 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 and from the IAI international web site and chapter specific web sites (particularly German, Finland, and UK).
· Direct input was also kindly provided by Rasso Steinmann and following the publication of earlier versions the content has been updated in response to emails received from vendors.

The entries
shown in blue were added/updated since 23/11/99 (when this table was
first issued for comment on the IFC Implementers Web Site).
·
The entries
shown in dark red where added on 10/12/99. They are a collation of implementation plans within the Japanese
Chapter kindly provided by Kenji Yamamoto.
·
As the
matrix linked IAI Implementation Support Group site now appears to give a
comprehensive collation of IFC translators, the entries have now been updated
from that source.
·
The
entries shown in green where added/revised on 10/4/02 based on
IAI Implementation Support Group site (quite a number of earlier entries were
deleted at this time as was the columns relating to IFC/1.0 and IFC/1.5
translators).
The tabulated data is regarded as “soft” as it is not attributable
information that has received direct from the vendors. Some “hard” data is published on this site but this
is currently not up-to-date, vendors are invited to email details as requested.
